ACCOUNT UPDATES & ToS Updates:
1. Any account idle account for 7 days will be made inactivate unless notice of leave or absent message has been provided in your profile. Also be sure to read our 'PROHIBITED ACCESS & SERVER VIOLATIONS' found at the bottom of this portal page.
2. ALL ACCOUNTS MUST HAVE A YIM/MSN/ICQ/AOL. In the case of active accounts-- they WILL be deactivated. In the case of new members, accounts will not be approved. No authentic contact, No membership! No approval! Simple.
3. Any breach of copyright 'proven' will result in accounts being suspended and server bans. Should you question or have any copyright reports please forward ALL mail to admin@thedarkrealmz.com Please title all emails with: "Copyright Violation" as otherwise it may be overlooked.
4. Due to the theft of images, people posing to be someone else, breach of copyright-- we now require all new members to have active email accounts, pagers and at least 1 reference (not other accounts used by you) to verify who they are BEFORE being activated. We may require an image with TDR written IN the picture. Here on TDR we respect the rights of others and provide due credit where it is deserved. All signature images in future will have artist credits & website provided. All signatures in the past have been archived.
5. Membership can be cancelled/banned at any time without notification should question arise with 'shared' ip's/hosts/servers when a violation has occured. It is then up to YOU to notify YOUR provider that they are sharing your ip's. It is not our responsibility for the protection of your ip's and any identity theft because of it. That is YOUR responsibility. It is up to YOU to contact us should your account be deactivated or banned... not the other way around.

IMPORTANT:
All registering members or members who have not yet posted IC ot OOC, you have seven [7] days to post an Introduction or your account will be made inactive. If you have not posted within this period of time, this action WILL be taken. No exceptions.
Please take notice of the question input field beneath your password entry. This must be answered. This mod was only installed to dissipate bots from registering on the forum and our staff having to go through over 50 false registrations. It becomes annoying.
INTRODUCTIONS:
When you are new to the forum, we suggest that you post a brief introduction of yourself to the forum members, that way you enter into the field and can start getting to know people. There is no point sitting on the sidelines and wondering why you aren’t getting any role-play; make the move, you might be surprised at the reaction you get.
Inform us what type of role-play you are looking for, the names of characters you have played before and a little information about yourself. If however, you don’t see a role-play you are interested in, contact your friends and get them to join and start something of your own. You are more than welcome to do so.
This is where I shall leave you all… if we have grabbed your curiosity, then register and enjoy drama-free role-play at your leisure. We take great pride in this fact and do not tolerate it in anyway shape or form and deal with it promptly when it occurs. We are here to role-play, all I suggest is keep OOC out of IC and IC out of OOC and everyone will just be all nice and peachy.
Keep a mature outlook and you’ll have the respect you deserve. We do ban members not only from the forum but the server as well and have no qualms about doing so. We won’t enter into correspondence about it… once it’s done, its done- simply as that. Respect the TOS of this server AND forum at all times.

Persons not permitted access to this forum or server. Reasons placed beside the name are legit without fradulent claims or slander. If you find your name here, it is because you have violated the TOS on this host/Forum or reports of copyright theft have been received.
VICTORIA COX/ DYNA ARMENTA: Image theft & character theft. Images taken from deviantart without permission and hosted on her own photobucket. Theft of character and plishing other people's posts then changing them and claiming them as her own. All accusations have been viewed and proven, not only by google, but also her forum Edennation & her Freewebs. Not to mention imposing as another person on this site.
Having received numerous complaints, verified. Any future accounts created by this person will be automatically deleted along with her accounts already created in this forum: A Venomous Kiss@dash_for_desire@yahoo.com (see profile). All ip's used have been confirmed and compared to ip's from other forums she is a menber of along with emails provided on her signup.
All those in reference to this person will also be removed due to the neglect of not informing us of her activity in this forum. It seems like this person LOVES to steal other people's identities as what has happened to other members of this forum.

I regretfullly have come to the point where any heart or desire to RP is now non-existent as life as brought be back to original paths and new exciting twists. TDR current members are more than welcome to continue with their stories or new stories in the 'Creative Writing' section however, I shall not be joining you. TDR will no longer be accepting new accounts or RPG people, too much drama and bullshit: to be honest with you, I am no longer intereted in the childish crap that comes with RP and ...

As you our faithful members have noted TDR is undergoing drastic renovations...
So the question of the day is what features would you like to see added to the new look forums... :)

We have had some issues with the forum over the last week so its time to look at something new... Over the next week or so, we will be looking at upgrading, changing altering etc.
Some features may be different, some may be removed and some new things, but your posts will be here and safe...
So bear with us... :)

It has been brought to my attention that rogue elements of D & D (Dungeons and Dragons for the innocent) are appearing in a couple of places in TDR. Hate to say it people, unless the thread is started as a D & D thread with all parties agreeing before hand in an ooc thread, no D & D action be it attack or defense is accepted in TDR.
As it stands, in one post which was pointed out to me their is warding supposedly based on D & D, and well, since I dont play D & D I would ig...

It has been brought to my attention that people are posting to other members claiming to be Gods and can be so in any area. Now, this may be so in your sections where you moderate. Only moderators can be Gods in their sections... and their sections only. Not in any other section or another section where someone else moderates. That is just a sign of rudeness and misunderstandings. This is enforced so that others do not think they can march into anyone else threads or sections claiming to be a G...
